Shipping & Policies
- All orders are delivered via FedEx.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be shipped.
- Once an order ships, you will receive an email from FedEx with the latest tracking information.
- Since orders are delivered via FedEx, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- You may choose to ship with no signature required. Please note that upon pickup by FedEx, we are no longer responsible for packages if this option is chosen.
- Returns must be sent within 15 days of order delivery or 30 days from purchase.

- Goods must be received unworn and in original condition with tags attached. We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as your package arrives to ensure everything is in good condition.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way.
- We will not accept items marked final sale.
- We cannot return shipping charges.
- Inserts with back ordered pillows will not ship until the pillow is available. Please note, all merchandise is manufactured overseas and the expected delivery dates on back ordered items are subject to change. The backorder dates listed online are based on sea shipments (via boat). If goods are held in customs, these dates can extend.
We will notify you of any backorders and an expected ship date.

- All applicable taxes will be applied to retail orders within the state of Massachusetts.
- Products listed as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Cannot be combined with any other offers or designer discount.

- Because of the handmade nature of these products, there may be slight variations in color, texture and finish. These aren't flaws, they're a part of what makes each item so special.
